encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 in Survey No.591/40 situated at Vellanur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 in Survey No.591/40 situated at Vellanur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District, was completely removed. He has also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6273/18 A1, dated 06.08.2018, along with photographs showing the removal of the entire encroachment.
