ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2098 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai.

2. Mr.M.Gururaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Jeep driver in the Agricultural Department and he should

have attended the duty to the superior officer as the financial audit was commenced. Hence, he was not able to surrender. Therefore, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 18.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2098 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025.
