ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint given by him on 01.10.2017 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner present. Mr.T.Mohan, Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents herein. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police has not registered FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 01.10.2017. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that complaint of the petitioner was received and preliminary enquiry was ordered by the Director of the Vigilance Department and it is pending.

5.Recording the above, the respondents are directed to consider the merits of the complaint and if any case is made out, the respondents are directed to register the case. 6.With above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
