O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No. 71/2024 on the file of respondent police and expedite the trial within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No. 71 of 2024 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 324 and 506(1) of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed through online before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam. 3.Since the respondent police have already completed the 2/4

investigation and filed final report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands closed.
