ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 387 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.221 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner at knife point demanded a sum of Rs.100/- from the defacto complainant. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the respondent police foisted false cases against him and he has been released on bail in all the cases and prays for enlarging the petitioner on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheeter in H.S.No.409 of 2012 and he is involved in four previous cases and two cases aremurder cases and the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the allegation that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and he is having four previous cases and out of which two cases are murder cases and the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
