O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 06.06.2017 given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed on the ground that the petitioner has not produced any documents before the respondent police.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 14.06.2018 and produce all the documents and cooperate for enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to consider the same. If the petitioner fails to appear before the respondent police on that date, it is open to the respondent police to drop further proceedings.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
