2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner and the same was enquired and thereafter, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.195 of 2024 and after investigation, charge sheet was also filed. He would further submit that only for investigation purpose, they have called the petitioner. But the 2/4

petitioner has not appeared.
