ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (16.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has filed a memo before the trial Court to not press the petition in Page No 1 of 3

H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2015. He has produced the online status of the case in H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2015, which shows as follows : "Memo filed to not press this petition. Objection if any. Whether stay granted in Trcmp. Provide order copy c/o.28.04.2025."

2. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, if the need arises.
