ORDER
This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner, his staff and his family members in the name of enquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.10.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner states that he is providing various training programmes to men and women under Tamil Nadu Government's scheme, namely, "Puthuvazhvu Thittam", Central Government's 'PMKVY'(Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), etc. It is the case of the petitioner that some individuals contacted the petitioner and sought petitioner's guidance for doing some training programmes under various schemes introduced by the State and Central Governments. 4.It appears that the said individuals have given a complaint to the third respondent alleging that they have lost some money, when they have deposited to the Government agencies on the advise of the petitioner. However, it is stated that the third respondent is harassing the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the individuals who wanted to conduct the training programmes under Government schemes.
5.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and closed on 25.10.2017 itself, on the basis of the statement obtained from the defacto complainant and the petitioner that they have resolved the dispute amicably. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there is no question of any harassment. 6.Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
