O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and measure the properties comprised in Survey Nos. 120/4, 14, 119/1, 119/3, 120/2, 198/2, 198/4, 198/7, 275/3, 277, 227/2, 224/2, 280/4P, 280/P, 280/P, 292/1P, 292/1P, 292/1P, 292/1P, 292/2G1, 292/2A, 291/1, 289/2, 289/4BP, 289/4B8, 294/P, 294/P, 294/P, 294/P, 365/13, 209/3 and 258/4, situated at Vairavankulam Village, Kadaiyanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, classified as Nanja Lands, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Page No. 2 of 5

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not filed an online application along with the requisite fee for survey and that if the petitioner files such an online application along with the necessary fee, the second and third respondents would consider the claims of the parties and take appropriate steps to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to file an online application and pay the requisite fee. On such application being filed, the second and third respondents shall consider the claims of all parties, conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's land and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, Page No. 3 of 5
notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
