ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 24.03.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused at knife point has snatched Rs.1000/- from the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases of similar nature to his credit and there is possibility of committing it again, if he is released on bail.

5. Considering the objection raised, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
