Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors/respondents for the deliberate and willlful disobedience of the order dated 04.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.800 of 2020.

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 04.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.800 of 2020 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.800 of 2020 dated 04.02.2022, they have preferred a writ appeal and the same was dismissed. Therefore, they are left with no other option than to implement the order. According to him, they would 2/4

implement the order of this Court on or before 15.03.2026.
