ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 294(b), 324, 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.156 of 2018 under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
