This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the complaint was received as against the petitioner and the same was enquired and closed as mistake of fact. He further submitted that there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
