This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry on a complaint allegedly given by the third respondent.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police has submitted that the police have completed the inquiry and closed the representation on 24.03.2023. Since the inquiry has been closed in respect of the issue between the petitioner and the third respondent, no further orders required to be given in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
