This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.2 not to harass the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, some unknown persons entered into the premises of the petitioner and threatened with dire consequences by unparliamentary words, thereby he lodged a complaint on 22.02.2025 through phone. Immediately, the police officials came to the place of occurrence and asked about the same and he has also narrated the incident. Thereafter, the petitioner along with his family members went to the police station, where the respondent police have harassed the petitioner and his family members without any valid reasons. Hence, he sent a representation dated 24.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that one Jaya and eight others gave a complaint as against the petitioner, thereby they called the petitioner for enquiry. Thereafter, they closed the complaint and the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. The respondent police called the petitioner only for the enquiry purpose based on the complaint given by one Jaya and eight others, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Considering the prayer of the petitioner that to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, the second respondent called the Page no.2/4
petitioner for enquiry based on complainant given by one Jaya and eight others and thereafter, the complaint was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication.
