ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there was a murder in the petitioner's place as the information has been received that the petitioner along with others are planing to murder counter party. Over the above said information only 110 Cr.P.C., has been initiated and hence, the petitioner has been summoned, but, he did not appear. He would further submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases, out of which one is murder, and there is no harassment against the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for consideration in 2/4
