Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents and the learned Standing Counsel for Madurai Corporation.
2. The petitioner alleges that the promoter failed to provide proper road facility. If that be so, the petitioner's remedy is to move against the promoter. She can move the consumer forum or the jurisdictional civil Court for enforcing her access rights.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
