ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained on the file of the 3rd respondent police on the basis of the representation dated 27.12.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
