H.C.P[MD]No.438 of 2021 2.The petitioner is the maternal uncle of the detenu who has been produced before us and we have interacted with her through video conference. She is aged about 20 years and stated to have married with the fourth respondent, who also appeared before us through video conference. We have counselled both the detenu and the fourth respondent. They have informed the Court that they have married. It is not clear as to whether the marriage was registered in the proper manner. In any event, the detenu has appeared before us and we find that there is no illegal detention. 3.The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, accordingly.
