ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to appoint a competent police officer to investigate the case in Crime No.77 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent and to find out the accused and the vehicle involved in the crime. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2022 and filed referred charge-sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur on 03.04.2022 and the same has been closed as 'undeducted' on 05.04.2022.
3.In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
