ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned suspension order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated 07.01.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the writ petition is filed seeking for quashment of suspension, now the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner confines his prayer for consideration of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2019 addressed to the Joint Registrar, which meets all the requirements of the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the first respondent/Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.02.2019, in each and every aspect and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
