The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to alter the Sections from 294 (b), 323 IPC to 294(b), 441, 324, 307 IPC and 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.41 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police, on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 03.04.2018 and to file final report.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case registered in Crime No.41 of 2018 has been altered into under Sections 294(b) and 325 IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act against the first accused and Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC against the second and third accused. 3.In the light of the above said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
