ORDER

The petitioners wants this Court to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.659 of 2019, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, Dindigul District, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 323 and 506(2) of I.P.C. 2.The de-facto complainant/Rakeshkumar is present in person before me. He is duly identified by Mr.R.Gopal, SSI of the respondent police station. The de-facto complainant states that the accused have apologized to him and therefore, he is not interested in pursuing the matter. 3.Since the de-facto complainant himself has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.4586 of 2020 Report, the same stands quashed as a whole. Hence, this criminal original petition is allowed.
