ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Cr.No.433 of 2016, dated 18.02.2016 and to file the final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within two months.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.433 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
