Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To modify the condition more fully 1st condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 03.02.2026 made in Cr.MP.No.46 of 2026 before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul and direct the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul, to accept the non blood sureties without inssting to produce relationship certificate.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP.No.46 of 2026, dated 03.02.2026.

have any blood relatives who own property in their names and that they are ready to furnish local sureties who are not blood relatives. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Cr.MP.No.46 of 2026, dated 03.02.2026 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall executed a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two local sureties with solvency.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
