ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused arrested by the respondent police on 10.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 r/w.297 I.P.C., in Crime No.238 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 34 days.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that there are 12 more similar previous cases against the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
