PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the R2 to comply with the order dated. 25.04.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6798 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second to comply with the order dated. 25.04.2018 made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 6798 of 2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. This Court by an order dated 25.04.2018 had directed the second respondent to expedite the enquiry and during enquiry if any cognizable offence is made out, then to register the case as expeditiously as possible and proceed in accordance with law. However the respondent failed to complete the enquiry even till today.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any cognizable offence is made out, then the second respondent is directed to register the First Information Report and proceed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
