ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to contest for the post of president of the petition mentioned water users organization. The matter was passed over to enable the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader after getting institutions submitted that the petitioner's nomination has been rejected on 25.02.2022. If according to the writ petitioner, his nomination was illegally rejected, the petitioner can certainly make it as ground while filing an election petition challenging the results. It is too well settled that when once the election 2/4

process has already commenced, the Court will not justified in interfering with the same.

4.Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
