This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.11339 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.871 of 2024, dated 1/3

28.10.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m, pending appeal. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 02.12.2024.
