ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-investigation the case pertaining to Crime No.81 of 2012 registered on the file of the second respondent and file a report after thorough investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a final report has already been filed and that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet is yet to be taken on file.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed to represent the charge sheet, as it has been returned for certain defects and to see that the charge sheet is taken on file.

4.The second respondent is directed to represent the charge sheet in Crime No.81 of 2012, and to see that it is taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alankulam, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
