ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.31 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Additional District and Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of PCR Act Cases, Thoothukudi and it is taken on file in SC.No.29 of 2024.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and taken on file by the Court concerned, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
