This application is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.7 of 2015 under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(b) and 506(i) of IPC, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police closed the complaint as "further action dropped".

dismissed. The first respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition.
