ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no action has been taken based on the complaint dated 20.06.2016, which is allegedly preferred before the first respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the occurrence has taken place within the city limit and if proper petition is presented to the appropriate authority, the same will be considered.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to present a petition to the appropriate authority and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
