ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1)(A), 4(1)(H) (Transport) TNP Act r/w 7, 13, 14 of TNRS Rule, 2000 and 420, 468 & 368 of IPC and Section 66 of Central Excise Act, in Crime No.903 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the concerned Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.1207 of 2016.
