Prayer in WP(MD) No.27379 of 2022:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Possession Notice under Section 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 dated 23.11.2002 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Deepak, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time granted for payment of the remaining installments is extended by two months.
