The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the respondent police has closed the petition and closure reported has also been served on the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent police would not harass the petitioner and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
