Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned land stands in the name of the writ petitioner. The petitioner apprehends that a Government School building may be constructed therein. That led to the filing of this writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was clarified by the learned Special Government Pleader on written instructions from the third respondent that there is no proposal to put up any construction in the petition mentioned survey number.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
