ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 06.10.2021 passed by the Sub Court, Sankarankoil in I.A.No.889 of 2018 in O.S.No.258 of 2018.

2.The petitioner filed a suit for recovery of money in O.S.No.258 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil. In that suit, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.889 of 2018 for attachment before judgment. The said petition was dismissed. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that though the petitioner has filed the petition for attaching the property of the respondent, it would be suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent not to alienate the subject property till the disposal of the suit and the suit is directed to be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that till the disposal of the suit, the respondent will not alienate the property. He has also expressed no objection for early disposal of the suit. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed not to alienate the subject property till the disposal of the suit. Considering the fact 2/4

that the suit is of the year 2018 and also considering the request made by the parties concerned, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 889 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
