Respondent/Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 constitution of India, by setting aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 13.02.2020 passed in IA No.1 of 2019 in OS No.15 of 2019, on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20/04/2021, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.15 of 2019, with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 28/04/2023 in D.No.961 of 2023, submitted by the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 20.04.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2009, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.961/2023, dated 28.04.2023 with a request for two months time to comply with the order dated 20.04.2021 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.735 of 2020.

3.One last opportunity is given. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by two months to comply with the order dated 20.04.2021.
