ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.66 of 2022, dated 10.01.2022 in respect of the Crime No.51 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.336 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi. Thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
