Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner,without following due process of law pertaining to his residing house bearing Door No.225-8-1, situated at karanthamalai Nagar, Meenakshi Amman nagar, Surya Nagar, Madurai District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the third and fourth respondents are the parents of the present petitioner and that they have lodged a complaint against the present petitioner contending that the petitioner is frequently visiting their house and also attacking them brutally. He would further contend that the complaint lodged by the third and fourth respondents is posted for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the second respondent to take immediate action against the petitioner, since some cognizable offences are made out in the complaint lodged by the third and fourth respondents. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4165 of 2021 respondent is also directed to follow the provisions of Section 21 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and provide adequate police protection to the third and fourth respondents.
