ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry without following due process of law. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that because of the previous antecedents of the petitioner only, the enquiry was made with regard to the conduct of the petitioner at present and except that, no harassment is made. Recommendation has been sent by the Inspector of Police, who is the second respondent herein to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet that is maintained in the Police Station.

3. Since the recommendation is already made for removing the petitioner's name from the History Sheet, which is maintained in the Police Station, the respondent can no more make the harrasment to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as unnecessary.
