ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused Nos.3 to 6 in C.C.No.1080/2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Tirunelveli, seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein they have been charged with offences under Sections 465, 466, 468 and 419 r/w 120 B of the IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in person before this Court and acknowledges the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise.

4. Considering the above said facts, the C.C.No.1080/2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Tirunelveli, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 17.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
