Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in ROC.No.1336/HR/2018, dated 29.01.2019 and quash the same insofar as Sivagangai District is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioners herein as Cluster Facilitators as per Clause (ii), (vi), (xi)(d) & (xii)(a) of the proceedings of the first respondent in D.O.Lr.Roc.No.1336/HR/2018, dated 10.10.2018 and as per the examination held on 26.10.2018.

ORDER
Seeking to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent, dated 29.01.2019 insofar as Sivagangai is concerned and for consequential direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioners as Cluster Facilitators as per Clauses (ii), (vi), (xi) (d) & (xii)(a) of the proceedings of the first respondent in D.O.Lr.Roc.No.1336/HR/2018, dated 10.10.2018 and as per the examination held on 26.10.2018, the writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.Upon instructions, the respondents filed a counter affidavit, the relevant portions of which, read as follows: "9.I submit to state that the object of the above 3 orders are to give clearance to those districts where there is no complaints received and to cancel only that particular area of selection process where complaints are received. The revised schedule for the re-test has also been communicated in the above order No.1336/HR/TNSRL/2018, dated 29.01.2019. The revised schedule is as follows:

11.I submit to state that the selection in the 15 (13+2) districts which the petitioners want to quash, are not published till date. the selected candidates were not given any intimation about their selection. Without knowing the stage of the selection, the petitioners have filed the writ petition.
4.The stand so taken by the respondents in their counter affidavit has not been objected to by the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
5.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
