ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is doing business and he borrowed Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) from the third respondent and repaid more than Rs.19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs only) to the third respondent but the third respondent is claiming exorbitant interest holding a document of the petitioner and refusing to return it. The third respondent is threatening the petitioner with the help of henchmen. The petitioner was hospitalized and he gave a complaint before the respondent police and prayed for a direction to give police protection to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4242 of 2021 3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that FIR was registered against the third respondent in Crime No.112 of 2021. Again the petitioner has filed a representation before the first respondent for protection. The petition was forwarded to the second respondent vide No.G3/6234/21 and the same is pending. 4.The second respondent is hereby directed to enquiry the petition forwarded by the first respondent and to do the needful, in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
