This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent police to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner on 09.05.2017 on the file of the first respondent herein and forward to the second respondent in G3-105960/ dated 10.05.2017 and to investigate and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry pending with the respondent police.
