ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 IPC., in Crime No.33 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 31.03.2018, the accused stabbed the defacto complainant's son on the left side of his stomach and ribs by using knife and committed the offence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the injured in this case is still in hospital.

5. Since the petitioner has stabbed the injured in stomach, it is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled to file any application before this Court for anticipatory bail.
