ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to change the investigation agency from the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent in respect of the case in Crime No.340 of 2021 pending before the 2nd respondent and to file a final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.340 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, therefore transfer of investigation does not arise as no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
