This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register F.I.R. against the proposed accused persons based on the complaint dated 01.07.2017 given by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedy as available in law.
